Further Images from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic Party US Lawmakers
Development blueprints for Epstein's secluded tropical island included in the released materials.
Additionally featured in this latest document drop appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had drawn up development schemes to transform the sprawling island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Visible on the blueprint is a channel, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is annotated in notations in red and features a key identifying different parts of the property.
Accompanying this are what appear to be an additional nine site drawings and construction drawings, featuring plans for boat shelters.
More documentation disclosed as part of the ongoing congressional disclosure.
